bathroom remodel - Highlands
"When my wife and I wanted to remodel our bathroom, Daniel and Thoughtful Home Remodeling were recommended to us by a friend who spoke highly of their workmanship and integrity. We had clear ideas about how we wanted to lay the bathroom out, but vague ideas about style and materials. Daniel worked with us from day one to unify function and aesthetic, providing clear guidance on dimensions, materials, fixtures, and construction methods that would shape the clean, calm bathroom we were looking for. He was always clear with us about timeline, price, and what was and wasn't realistic for the room.
When construction day came, Daniel's first action was to protect our space- putting down walkways and setting up shrouding to keep the house as clean, dust-free, and un-scuffed as could be expected for a project of this scale. He carried that ethos throughout the remodel and left our home in excellent condition. He was also extremely communicative during the remodel, asking clarifying questions and involving us in the small, day-to-day decisions that went into making the new space a perfect match for our vision.
Daniel effectively managed subcontractors during the project, notifying us when other workers would be in the house and ensuring that their work was of high quality. When refinement was needed, Daniel ensured that the subcontractors returned with clear guidance on what needed to be changed and how the finished product should perform.
Daniel built us a highly functional, attractive bathroom within a reasonable timeframe and budget, and we would happily work with him again."
